Deciding Your Space

What size units do you have?

Our standard sizes range from 5'x5'x8' to 10'x25'x8' in our non-climate controlled buildings and start 5'x5'x8' to 10'x30'x8' in our climate controlled buildings.

What is a Climate-Controlled Unit at SSBS?

A climate-controlled storage unit at Siloam Springs Best Storage is a temperature set unit between 55 and 85 degrees. It is to help limit exposure to extreme cold and extreme heat.  In states like Arkansas where temperature levels change often, climate-controlled storage units come in handy for the unpredictable weather. It’s an extra level of protection for those that worry about the state of their belongings in a temperature setting. The climate-controlled temperatures we have these units at are perfect for most storage items that you don’t want to get ruined because of outside conditions.


Do you have units with electricity?

No, not at this time.


Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?

 We offer a variety of units that depending upon desired size and availability, our facility can store a car, motorcycle, and other types of motorized vehicles. Door heights are 6'10" most larger boats and truck will not fit.  

Do you offer any discounts or specials?

Yes, we do! Veterans discount, long-term prepayment, and various specials throughout the year. Please contact our friendly office staff to discuss any discounts or specials.

Moving In

Does Siloam Springs Best Storage provide locks?

No. Tenant will need to provide their own physical lock.

Do you have trucks available to rent for moving?

No. 

Security and Access

When can I access my self storage unit?

Our property is accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year via our punch pad gate access system. Upon rental of a storage unit, you will be given your own personal gate code that will allow you to access your unit any time any day.

What are access hours versus office hours?

During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your storage unit. Siloam Springs Best Storage is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year for access. You can rent a unit online 24 hours a day 365 days a year from your phone or computer but if you need assistance you will need to call or email during office hours.  During office hours staff members are available via phone or email to provide customer service and assist you by answering questions, renting units, accepting payments, and assisting you in any other way you may need. Office hours vary.

Does Siloam Springs Best Storage provide any kind of security?

Yes. We have state-of-the-art digital video surveillance cameras placed all over the property which record 24 hours a day and store the footage. Access to the units is limited solely to renters who may only enter using a personal gate code.  Every gate code is different so we know who is accessing the facility at all times. 

Can my spouse or children have access to my unit?

You are most certainly allowed to let family members access your unit. We just ask that you call or email the office and let staff know that an unknown person will be on the property and has permission to access your unit.

 If I forget my access code, what do I do?

You may log-in to your account online or call the office at # during office hours Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) and one of our friendly staff members will assist you.

Lease Terms

Do you rent month-to-month or do I have to sign a long term lease?

Our rental contracts are month-to-month agreements. No long term lease is required. However, if you know you are going to be renting for an extended period of time be sure to contact staff via email or phone to discuss long-term lease incentives.

What kind of documentation do I need in order to rent a unit?

You will need a valid government-issued form of identification; such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport.

Do you require me to carry insurance on my stored goods?

No. We do not require that you carry insurance on your unit. Tenants are responsible for their items stored at Siloam Springs Best Storage. Some tenants rely on an existing personal insurance policy, however, we do offer insurance on goods that you store in our units. If you are interested in acquiring insurance, you are able to do so upon renting your unit or you may contact us via email or phone to acquire a policy after rental.

How do I move out?

You are required to notify Siloam Springs Best Storage in writing at least 10 days prior to move-out date via the website or email.

Billing

Do you have automatic payment options?

Yes. You can sign up for autopay upon move-in or any time during your stay. We can automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card, debit card, or bank account. You can also make one-time monthly payments using our convenient online billing and payment option when you log in to your account.

I don't want to pay online. Can I pay in person?

No need to leave the house when it's time to make a payment, You can login to your account on our easy to navigate website or call our office during hours of operation and one of our friendly office staff can assist you with payment.

What if I'm late making my payment?

We bill monthly and payments are due on the 1st of the month. There is a 4 day grace period before charging a late fee of $10 on the 5th of the month. If you do not pay prior to the 10th of the month you will be charged an additional $20 late fee. You will be suspended from gate access on the 14th of the month.
